A lawsuit was filed on Wednesday (June 11) against radio personality Wendy Williams, claiming that her husband plotted to murder his wife's rival.

The suit alleges that Kevin Hunter, Williams' husband tried to enlist the help of a male WBLS employee, the station where Wendy show airs, to help him find a hitman to take out Hot 97 radio personality Miss Jones (real name: Tarsha Jones), according to New York's Daily News.

Hunter "was apparently angry over some comments that Miss Jones made about his wife on the air," the lawsuit filed in Manhattan Federal Court states.

Calls to Williams' camp for comment were not returned.

The allegations are included in a sexual-harassment lawsuit filed by Nicole Spence, a 29-year-old talent booker and publicist for "The Wendy Williams Experience" on WBLS.

Spence alleges that she was regularly called a "whore," "bitch" and that Hunter called her cell phone to tell "her that he had been dreaming about sleeping with her."

She seeks more than $5 million, claiming that the broadcasting company failed to respond to Spence's repeated complaints and that the defendants have illegally retaliated against her.

Spence went public with her claims back in March, when court documents surfaced of a formal complaint was filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
